The cloud channel is where a huge part of digital transformation actually reaches the market. Resellers, value-added resellers and managed service providers are the ones who package technology, deliver it to local businesses and stay close when something needs attention. Interworks understands this better than most, which is why it brings its partner community together each year in Malta to share strategy, meet vendors and plan the road ahead.
Compliance has become an important part of that conversation, and that is exactly why we, the Start Comply team, are on stage at Malta Partner Days 2026, which kicks off today, 6 October, at the Hyatt Regency Malta. Our Managing Director, Panagiotis Pierros, presents “Start Comply – Your complete guide to the GRC world” tonight at 20:30, and we are on-site for both days to connect with the regional ecosystem of partners and vendors shaping the future of the cloud channel.

Why we are at Malta Partner Days
We are here to share, to listen and to build partnerships. Interworks serves resellers, VARs and MSPs across Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Bulgaria, and its Partner Days bring this community together with strategic vendors for two days of vendor presentations, technical workshops and networking.
For us, this is the right room to be in. We want to understand how partners across the region are helping their clients meet NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001, and to show how Start Comply can fit into their portfolio, so that compliance becomes a service they can confidently offer rather than a gap they have to explain. With Acronis among the vendors present, and given that Start Comply was built within a strong Acronis partner ecosystem, this is a natural meeting point for us and for the partners we already work alongside.

Why compliance belongs in the channel conversation
For most small and mid-sized businesses, the reseller or MSP is the trusted advisor on everything technology related. So when a client asks what NIS2 means for them, whether DORA applies, or how to prepare for an ISO 27001 audit, that question lands with the partner first.
Compliance is no longer a back-office burden. For the channel, it is a recurring, high-trust service that deepens the client relationship.
This makes compliance a real opportunity for the channel. Handled well, it is not a burden but a recurring, high-trust service that deepens the client relationship. The difficulty is that compliance is often managed with scattered documents, manual checklists and one-off consultancy, which simply does not scale across many clients.
This is where Start Comply comes in. It gives partners a complete, automated way to take a client from the initial assessment through to certification, and then to keep them continuously ready with ongoing monitoring. In practice, it lets a reseller or MSP offer compliance as a managed service, in the same way they already deliver cloud, backup and security.
Who should connect with us
Malta Partners Day brings together the regional cloud channel, and we would especially like to meet:
- Resellers and VARs who want to add compliance to what they offer
- MSPs and MSSPs building out their managed services portfolio
- Distributors and vendors in the security and data protection space
- IT leaders exploring their NIS2, DORA or ISO 27001 readiness
- Anyone who believes, as we do, that compliance should be built into the offering rather than added at the last minute
If that sounds like you, come and find us at the Hyatt Regency Malta today and tomorrow, join our session tonight at 20:30, or get in touch so we can set aside time to talk.
